6. Request Procedure
- Requests must be made in writing using Form C (available from the SAHRC or Department of Justice).
- Requests should be addressed to Mr SAW Burnett. (Director 5th Avenue)
- The requester must provide sufficient detail to identify the record and the requester.
- Payment of a prescribed fee may be required before access is granted.
7. Grounds for Refusal
Access to records may be refused if disclosure would:
- Unreasonably disclose personal information of a third party
- Harm commercial or financial interests of the company or its clients
- Endanger the safety of individuals or property
- Breach confidentiality agreements with clients or partners
