Simon has been with 5th Avenue Properties for almost 6 years. Together with Gordon, he helped set up the 5th Avenue Properties office in Durban and they have quickly entrenched themselves as a reputable and highly professional team in the Durban property market. Although from a marketing and sales background, Simon is extremely passionate about the Industrial aspects of the property industry and has loved seeing the massive growth Durban is currently experiencing in both industrial and commercial markets. Simon lives for the high-paced ever-changing nature of the property game and has quickly established excellent relationships with numerous clients and landlords alike.
