Shaun Watters (Director)
Shaun joined 5th Avenue Properties in 2006. He specialises in the leasing and sales of new property developments and land acquisitions on behalf of occupiers and developers in both the commercial and Industrial markets.
Shaun has, over the past 10 years, accumulated extensive market knowledge in this area and has a strong track record and experience in structuring transactions. Past clients include Shoprite, BMW, BSG and the Smollan Group to mention a few.
In addition his experience, strong negotiation skills and deal-making abilities have positioned him as an invaluable resource to his clients in these areas.
As a 5th Avenue director with extensive knowledge and expertise, he is also responsible for mentoring and training trainee consultants many of whom are new to the commercial property business.
Shaun is a dedicated and successful sports enthusiast who has completed Comrades, Iron Man events and Triathlons. He brings the same determination, focus and passion required to compete in these demanding sports disciplines, to the table in the property industry.
