As a Broker and Property Consultant, Kyle is responsible for myriad functions related to buying, selling and leasing commercial properties.

Kyle has been at 5th Avenue Properties since 2013 spending much of his time and focus in the Rosebank, Illovo and Houghton areas. During this time, Kyle has managed to gain a considerable amount of experience in the commercial property sector and has represented some significant corporates.

Kyle’s core competencies lie in leasing and tenant representation. For the years ended 2013, 2014 and 2015 Kyle has successfully concluded the most deals at 5th Avenue Properties and was awarded the Growthpoint Properties JHB Regional Prize for second place in securing the highest cumulative lease value in the financial year ended 2015.
