Anthony Green is the industrial and Retail property Director at 5th Avenue Properties. Anthony joined 5th Avenue Properties in 1998 after spending 10 years as a business broker specializing in retail businesses.

His major focus has been on the industrial market and has developed a 61 000m² industrial park in Crown City. His passion is working on developments for owner occupiers and representing developers.

Presently he is doing the new Land Rover / Jaguar Dealership at 161 Rivonia Road and has a further bulk of 20 000m² for a sectional title office development above the dealership. Anthony is also redeveloping the Sandton Court retail site at the top of South road in Morningside into a new retail shopping center with further rights for offices and medical suites.
