Lesley East

Lesley started her commercial property career in 1995 at the Sandton Development and Finance Corporation. Two years later, she joined Kesler Corporate Property to further her knowledge and experience of the industry. She spent eight years at the company after which she worked independently for a year before joining 5th Avenue in April 2005.
Lesley specialises in the leasing and sale of office space. She is also active in the industrial market and particularly enjoys negotiating and facilitating the development of new facilities which are tailor-made to meet the needs of specific tenants.

Lauren Frew

Lauren entered the property market in May 1999 with Kesler Corporate Property as their Office Manager. During her 5 years at Kesler she handled the accounts, property stock, canvassing, managed the data base and the day to day runnings of the office.
In July 2004 she joined 5th Avenue Properties as our Business Developement Manager. She focused primarily on generating new business and keeping the extensive database up to date. This included keeping in touch with Landlords regarding available properties as well as existing and potential client.
In March 2011 she entered the broking business as a commercial broker,due to her knowledge of the property market. Lauren is very excited about the new challenge.
