In 2006, Barnard Jacobs Mellet Holdings Ltd (BJM) approached Peter Aaronson from 5" Avenue
Properties to assist with locating new premises for the BJM Head Office.
Peter offered invaluable advice and spent many hours sifting through the various buildings available
on the market (both old and new). He listened carefully to our brief and did not waste our time with
